Yarden Gagnon brings more than 30 years of experience to men’s and women’s essentials, combining creative vision, technical knowledge, and a clear understanding of what makes products succeed. His distinctive strength is the breadth of his work across both categories, bringing thoughtful design and practical innovation to everyday comfort, fit, and performance.
During 14 years at Calvin Klein, Yarden helped shape some of the brand’s most successful underwear launches. His approach brought together a refined aesthetic, advances in materials, and precise product engineering, contributing to sales growth and the brand’s global appeal.
His senior leadership career spans Calvin Klein, Spanx, Tommy John, and Victoria’s Secret. Working with founders Calvin Klein, Sara Blakely, and Tom Patterson, he helped translate their vision into successful collections while building and mentoring strong creative teams.
At Spanx, he led innovation and new product development. At Tommy John, he elevated the men’s collection and established the brand’s first women’s collection. At Victoria’s Secret, he oversaw innovation and new product launches, developing solutions to consumer needs and leading Fashion Show collaborations with Balmain and Mary Katrantzou.
Today, Yarden leads innovation and new product launches at Aerie across bras, bralettes, women’s activewear, and swimwear. Throughout his career, his focus has remained consistent: listen closely, work collaboratively, and create products that make a meaningful difference.
